2025 Vendor Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Gaylaxicon 2025!

Please complete the form below with as much detail as possible. The information you provide helps our Vendor Room staff determine placement and ensure the best experience for all participants.

Before filling out the form, please review the important details below regarding timelines, convention hours, and our vendor guidelines.


Disclaimer

Gaylaxicon 2025 reserves the right to determine vendor eligibility. Preference will be given to vendors whose products are relevant to LGBTQ+ communities, science fiction, or geek culture.

Submitting this form does not guarantee approval. If approved, your registration is only confirmed once we have received your payment and a copy of your completed Minnesota ST-19 form.

If you need to cancel, please contact us at vendors@gaylaxicon.com. Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable without prior approval from Vendor Room staff.


Communication Timeline

  • Application Deadline: July 15, 2025
  • Notification of Acceptance: By July 31, 2025
  • Payment & ST-19 Form Due: August 20, 2025

If payment is not received by August 20, your space may be offered to another vendor.


Vendor Room Hours

Setup:

  • Friday: 9:00 AM

Operating Hours:

  • Friday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

The vendor room will be locked outside of posted operating hours.


Vendor Pricing

  • 1 Six-Foot Table + 2 Badges: $125
  • Extra Six-Foot Table + 1 Additional Badge: $65
    (Available only if space allows)
  • Electrical Drop: $20
